Are you a Project Manager who cares about the "why" behind the work? We are looking for a collaborative Project Manager to join our Programme Management Office. As a Project Manager you will lead and engage project teams to maximise efficiencies, minimise costs, and mitigate risk across the business. With a focus on technology system-based changes and software transformations our project managers are an integral part of our business success. 

**The Day-to-Day:**

You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, ensuring they deliver to scope, on time, and within budget.

-   Manage all aspects of project lifecycles, from defining scope and acquiring resources to managing dependencies and risks.
-   Coordinate project teams and ensure everyone has the support and resources they need to hit their deliverables.
-   Engage with a varied group of sponsors and critical stakeholders to ensure the best outcomes for the business.
-   Analyse and report on project progress, including financials, budget, and benefits realisation.

**About You:**

-   At least 5+ years in a Project Management capacity.
-   Some form of PM certification (e.g., Prince2, PMBOK, or a relevant tertiary qualification).
-   Proven experience in software/system-based projects (not infrastructure).
-   Exceptional communication skills and the ability to raise decisions clearly to steering committees.
-   Experience with Genesys Cloud (not essential)
-   Knowledge of the Energy Industry and its regulatory landscape.
